Why did you decide to work in Japan (instead of finding a job in your home country)? Additionally, why did you choose to join Belc?
I really wanted to challenge myself to work in a different country. I choose Japan because I admire the country's emphasis on precision, efficiency, and innovation. I was particularly drawn to Belc because of its vision to develop its own systems. This presents an exciting opportunity for me to contribute my skills to meaningful projects, while also learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
What is your current job after joining Belc?
I am currently developing various in house applications that will be used across all the Belc stores and head office . To build such application we use C# ASP.NET core on the backend side and React typescript on the frontend side and to manage our DB we make use of sql.

What are the employees at Belc like? Also, can you tell me about the company atmosphere?
The people in the company are incredibly welcoming and make you feel right at home, regardless of your background. It's not your typical office environment with cubicles-there's a sense of freedom to work in a positive and open atmosphere. Everyone is supportive, and collaboration comes naturally in this inclusive space.
Can you tell me about the interesting and challenging aspects of your work?
One of the things I've come to appreciate in my work is the importance of thinking from the end user's perspective. Understanding their needs and expectations helps in creating solutions that are both practical and impactful. Working in Japan has given me the opportunity to tackle real-world challenges, and through collaboration and continuous learning, I've grown both professionally and personally.

Do you have a vision for the future?
My vision is to make Belc independent of external systems and reduce reliance on other companies for their solutions. I aim to develop highly user-friendly applications and foster a positive and empowering environment.
Please give me a message to everyone.
If you're looking for Japanese exposure and a place to grow, Belc is the perfect fit. There's a real joy in developing applications that users find easy to understand and use. Stay open to learning, embrace growth, and keep pushing yourself forward.
